Weight Loss

According to the Centers for Disease Control nearly half of Americans (49%) try to lose weight each year.  This is no surprise, as approximately 2 out of 3 Americans are overweight or obese.  Despite these statistics, the diet and fitness market is a multibillion-dollar industry. Indeed, Americans spend more than $60 Billion on diet books, diet pills, meal replacements, supplements, meal plans, gym memberships, and more each year.  Yet so many people don’t see no results from their investment and/or efforts. This is unfortunate, because it’s well documented that being overweight can have psychological as well as physical ramifications.  Feelings of guilt, shame or embarrassment about being overweight are common. Likewise, being overweight plays a role in many health conditions and disorders.   Experts believe that many diet plans, fads, and trends don’t work because the moment an individual diverts from often strict regimens, the weight comes back.

Because hypnotherapy helps to reframe thinking, while in a relaxed but aware state, issues such as insufficient coping skills, stress eating, and poor food choices may be identified and replaced with positive feelings about food, body image, and exercise.

If you’re ready to lose weight, without an investment in a diet plan, diet books, premade meals, or an incredibly limited meal plan, JBF Hypnotherapy’s certified hypnotherapist Joseph Falsetti may be able to help.   Contact Joseph today for a free consultation by calling 404-884-2251, or send us a message online
