Insomnia
It is estimated that anywhere from 25%-40% of the population suffers from insomnia each year. Insomnia is a sleep disorder which may cause difficulty in falling asleep, difficulty in staying asleep, or waking very early in the morning and not being able to go back to sleep.
Fear of Flying/Aerophobia
The If you’re afraid of flying, take comfort in the fact that you’re not alone. Flying phobia—also known as aviophobia or aerophobia—is very common. Unfortunately for executives, employees, performers, and others, air travel can’t be avoided.
